How to setup Exchange Online on IOS with Outlook App

1. **Open the Outlook app**:
   - Find the blue icon with an "O" and an envelope on your iPhone. Tap to open it.

 

2. **Go to Settings**:
   - In the bottom right corner, tap on your profile picture or the gear icon (⚙️) to open the Settings menu.

 

3. **Select Add Account**:
   - Scroll down in the Settings menu and tap on "Add Account."

 

4. **Select Add Email Account**:
   - Tap on "Add Email Account." This option lets you add a new email to Outlook.

 

5. **Enter your email address**:
   - Type in your full work or school email address (e.g., yourname@yourcompany.com). Then, tap "Add Account."

 

6. **If you see the Select your email provider screen, choose Exchange**:
   - If Outlook asks which email provider you're using, tap on "Exchange." This is the type of email service your company uses.

 

7. **Enter your password**:
   - Type in the password you use for your email account. Tap "Sign In" or "Next."

 

8. **Toggle on Use Advanced Settings**:
   - You might see an option to "Use Advanced Settings." Turn this on by tapping the switch next to it. This allows you to enter more specific information about your email account.

 

9. **Enter your server settings**:
- You will need to enter the following information:
- **Server**: The server address provided by your IT department (e.g., outlook.office365.com).
- **Domain**: Leave this field blank unless your IT department has given you a domain name.
- **Username**: Enter your full email address again.
- **Password**: Enter your email password again.
   - Double-check these details with your IT department if you're unsure.

 

10. **Select Sign In**:
    - Tap "Sign In" or "Next" to finish the setup.
