How to Set Up Your Exchange Email in Outlook (Android)

1. Download the Outlook app

   • Open the Google Play Store

   • Search for Microsoft Outlook

   • Install the app

2. Open the Outlook app

3. Tap the Settings gear icon in the bottom left

4. Tap Add Account

5. Tap Add Email Account

6. Enter your work email address, then tap Continue

7. When prompted for account type, choose Exchange

8. Enter your password

   • If this is your first time signing in, you will be prompted to set up Microsoft Authenticator

   • Follow the on‑screen steps to complete MFA setup

9. Tap the checkmark to finish

Your Exchange mailbox will begin syncing and is ready to use.
